We talked to people who had built with Mike and Kathy and they all said how easy they were to work with and how they listened to what clients wanted. Mike is very calm, no matter what. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his team, who consulted us whenever decisions had to be made. They also listened to concerns we had, and accommodated changes we made along the way. Kathy was also excellent to work with. We couldn’t have wished for a better team to build our house.

Mike and Kathy Bell and the team were wonderful to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and in particular, Francis, foreman for our house would always take the time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had so I never felt something was too trivial to ask. I have the home I wanted. It’s easy to live in, easy to clean and wonderful for family and entertaining. Many people say building a house can be stressful but I didn’t find it stressful at all – I enjoyed the process.

We waited 13 years before we transformed our dated, drab Avenues home into a really attractive, fresh, modern home that we are immensely proud of. The results of our renovation were even better than our expectations and we can’t thank Belco enough for their efficiency and integrity in helping us to achieve our goal and giving us a home that is a delight to live in.

Belco were on the ball every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble and for any problem, there was always a very satisfactory solution. Belco’s financial flair was very fair and transparent to both parties and the process was easy to follow.

We greatly valued Belco’s honesty, integrity and their quality approach to our job. Their follow up after possession has been outstanding.

We felt like we won the building lottery when it came to working with the Belco crew. Dan, Dale, Mike, Kathy and the gang were amazing, guiding our family through major renovations with practicality, kindness, humour and ingenuity. They managed to resurrect our old house and transform it into the most incredible home.

It was a long process from the initial concept plans and subsequent planning to the final handover of the keys. We had to ensure we were doing the right thing financially. But the investment has been worth it and we have now made our space in the world.

We are so glad we built with Belco. Tailor made to who we are as a family, we have found an enormous sense of peace. They have built to stand the test of time and created an experience in the process that we will always treasure.

The experience of working with Belco Homes was excellent. Their office and site staff were friendly and helpful, keeping us well informed at every stage of the build. One of the most important things we valued was that they listened to what we wanted and gave us very good advice.

Their attention to detail and workmanship is of a high standard. Our new home is relaxing and we enjoy the spacious indoor and outdoor living.

Building with Belco felt like a partnership. They worked alongside us from the time we bought our section through to the design and build. They listened, communicated well and got to know us which made us feel confident that they understood our needs. Their workmanship is unquestionable and we trusted their advice and delivery.

The result is a modern, warm, safe, open and airy home that is beautifully grounded in the section. There is a sense of bringing the outside in and the house is great for entertaining. Everyone has their own space to escape to as well as space to come together. We feel relaxed and at home everyday.

The team at Belco were focussed on the budget as much as we were and they came up with solutions where needed. It was a positive and stress free process and we would definitely use them again.

Belco Homes have a very good name in the community, so when we wanted a builder that we knew would do a top job they were our choice. They kept us up to date every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions. Nothing was a problem.

Our new house is warm, dry and provides an easy living lifestyle. We have that special place to call home.

Faced with a major rebuild we were adamant this was our ‘forever’ house and not just a quick fix. We worked closely with Belco Homes and the architects to achieve our amazing home and we couldn’t be happier.

We love our new home, everything flows just how we always imagined. Mike and Kerry are very approachable and working with Belco was easy – they make building a home stress free. Nothing was ever in the ‘too hard’ basket but when faced with an obstacle they always came up with a solution.

We have been lucky enough to build true friendships with both Mike and Kerry. They care about what you want and make it happen.
