House 1 – Bethlehem New Build
This striking contemporary family home in Bethlehem was designed with spacious living areas and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, perfectly capturing the stunning views of the Kaimai Ranges.

House 3 – Waihi Renovation
Transforming a tired 1990s beachfront property into a sophisticated coastal retreat, this renovation seamlessly blends relaxed Kiwi style with European comfort.
Key interior features — floating chequer-plate stairs, feature brick walls, and stunning rimu floors — are beautifully complemented by handpicked European tiles and antique Swiss lighting.
